Horseback Riding with Visit of a Tuscan Olive Oil Estate with Lunch

Depart from Florence and discover the Chianti countryside. Spend pleasant moments with this unique horseback riding in Tuscany across the typical Tuscan countryside not so far from Florence.

Fully immersed in nature, among vineyards and quiet olive groves, away from the crowds of the city, you will enjoy spectacular landscape.

Visit one of Tuscany’s most celebrated olive oil estate and taste its products during a typical Tuscan meal.

What To Expect

Depart from central Florence aboard a comfortable minivan for a pleasant transfer that will take you to the riding school in the Chianti hills, to experience your horseback riding in Tuscany

From here your four-legged companion and expert tutor will lead you on a pleasant ride among vineyards and olive groves, across the typical Tuscan countryside

Then, your private driver will take you to one of Tuscany’s most celebrated olive oil estates. Set in the upper Arno valley between Florence and Arezzo, this imposing country manor of medieval origin is surrounded with south-facing terraces of drystone walls where olive trees have been caringly tended to for centuries.

During your tour of the estate and the oil mill, you will learn how the estate combines tradition and state-of-the-art technology to obtain the best of both worlds, moreover you will see a very ancient stone-and-wood olive press in the old manor house.

At the end of the tour, a typical Tuscan meal provides the perfect opportunity to taste the cold-pressed, organic-certified extra-virgin oil and to appreciate its intense perfume, fruity and rather peppery.

The estate’s excellent red wines and organic honey are also available for tasting and purchasing if you so wish.
